I had seen this view of Clear Creek a year earlier and thought how beautiful the narrow gorge was. I knew that it was a great picture, but the first time I saw this the light was nothing. What makes this image for me is the little steps of yellow reflected light at the top of each small cascade as the creek flowed down to the Klamath River. I would love to be able to get down into this section of the creek and see the view of the gorge from water level. Exposure settings: f90 for 100 seconds.
