About this image:

This image was taken in September, 2005. I had traveled into Oregon and was camping for 2 nights, 3 days along the Klamath. During those 3 days, I never saw a single person. I am so glad that I didn't have problems with my truck! This view is just right there. I happened to be on this service road about 10 miles or so from the nearest pavement and could not believe what I saw. The service road is only wide enough for one vehicle. So, I stopped on the road and took about 35 minutes to set-up, make this exposure, pack and leave. No one ever came by. No one ever knew I was ever there, but now you do. The amazing part of this story is that when I left and got to Ashland, OR for gas, my truck would not restart. I had cracked my battery during my 3 days out.
