About this image:
| I had found this image the day before I created it onto film. I had searched several different angles including from the trees that you see to the right. This is along the Narrows trail, but about 1/2 mile before you get to the through the water section. Many, many people walk along this section of the trail, which 1-mile long and is paved. For some reason, the day that I took this picture, there were fewer people than in previous days, but I still had to wait for hikers to move out of frame. I set my tripod on a large rock that extended out into the river, which gives a wonderful view and feeling of the flow of the Virgin River as it exits the Narrows. |
